A set of reports for a series of Historic Environment Character Areas (HECAs) identified as part of the Historic Environment Assessment for Lichfield District (see SST1348 for the final summary report on the project). The reports provide an overview of the historic environment for each defined HECA area, incorporating data on Historic Landscape Character with Historic Environment Record data. They are also informed by a general understanding of the topographic, land form and general drift geological influences upon human activity and agency. For each HECA there is a general introduction, a summary of its historic environment assets, its designated historic environment assets and a discussion of the historic environment considerations for each HECA.
